WoD was founded in 2002 to meet the request for body suspension. Due to Pain Solutions display of suspension in various shows, an ever growing amount of people approached me with inquiries about getting suspended. Although initially started by Håvve, Christiane came along at an very early stage and her piercing expertise has been crucial to the development of the team.
We are proud to be renowned to host the best SusCon worldwide, and we strive to keep improving our practice at all levels. We offer suspensions to everyone that feels the urge to attempt to hang from hooks, first timers and veterans alike.
Wings of Desire also teaches classes on various topics related to body suspension; general safety, cross contamination and aseptic procedures, rigging, suspension performance, how to organize suspension events, etc. We can also give hands on workshops to teams and crews under development.
